Hours of business: 8.30am – 5.30pm Returns and warranty:Since 1st April 2008 all our products are under a 3 year return to base warranty. If a product is purchased and believed to be faulty, it can be sent back for repair or replacement. Please call Smart-e for a Returns Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) before sending back any items. Please find attached our warranty and returns policy.
